4.1 All bm55 Account balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits made via supported Pakistani payment methods.
4.2 Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. bm55 may add or remove payment methods at any time.
4.3 A minimum deposit of Rs 500 applies unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. bm55 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.
4.4 Deposited funds must only be used for legitimate gaming activity on the Platform. Depositing funds without the genuine intention to bet constitutes a breach of these Terms.
4.5 bm55 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it has reason to believe was made fraudulently, by an ineligible person, or using a payment method not registered in the Account holder's name.
5.1 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to another verified method registered on the Account, at bm55's discretion.
5.2 All outstanding KYC requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal is processed. bm55 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours for fully verified Accounts, subject to payment provider processing times.
5.3 A minimum withdrawal amount of Rs 1,000 applies. bm55 may impose maximum withdrawal limits per transaction or per day, which will be communicated within the Account interface.
5.4 bm55 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected. The User will be notified of any such hold.

7.1 Each sport, event type, and casino game offered on bm55 is governed by specific product rules published within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for matters within their scope.
7.2 bm55 reserves the right to void, cancel, or amend any Bet where a clear pricing or data error has occurred, an event has been abandoned or postponed, or integrity concerns have been identified.
7.3 The settlement of all bets is final once confirmed by bm55. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event result by contacting customer support.
7.4 bm55 accepts no liability for service interruptions that result in the loss of an active gaming session, provided that bm55 takes reasonable steps to credit any eligible unsettled bets or game rounds.

11.3 bm55's total aggregate liability to any User for direct damages arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
